About Bruno Migliari

Musician (bassist, composer and arranger) active on the Jazz, World Music and Pop/Rock scenes. Besides leading my own Bruno Migliari Trio, I also play bass for brazilian popular singer/songwriter Frejat (besides whom I have been working since 2001) and for singer Simone, and have worked with well-known brazilian artists, such as Milton Nascimento, Maria Gadú, Ana Carolina, Marcos Valle, Ney Matogrosso, Paulinho Moska, Fernanda Abreu, Leoni, Orlando Morais, Serjão Loroza, João Sabiá; as well as artists from Africa, Europe and USA, among them Lokua Kanza (Congo), Quexie Montana (Zimbabwe), Avi Wisnia (USA), Joani Taylor (Canada), Chester Harlan (Italy), Susanna Stivali (Italy). I work as bass player (playing both electric and acoustic basses), arranger, composer, musical director and musical producer (operating from my own studio, 8VB). I am available for remote recording sessions (over the web), for writing arrangements (horns, strings and rhythm section), and for scoring music for any sort of media content.
